Jupiter Group was started in 1992 by a group of doctors, Dr. Ajay Thakker Radiologist, Dr. Navin Davda Clinical Cardiologist and Physician, Dr. Gautama Ramakanthan Gastroenterologist and Physician. They have over two decades of experience in Health Care industry and are also well known in academic circles.
The Jupiter Group is a leading Multi centric group, pioneering in high tech imaging-CT scan and MRI scanning. They have centers in Thane, Dadar and Mulund. Jupiter Life Line Hospitals Ltd is a 200 bedded multispecialty tertiary care centre located on the Eastern Express Highway. The Hospital has a full fledge Cardiology and Cardiac surgery department with the latest technology Cardiac Cath Lab. The department is fully equipped to carry out CABG and other high end cardiac operations. The hospital is the first in the region to have an Oncology unit with Medical, Surgical and state of art Radiation Oncology department. The hospital has also initiated the organ transplant program.
