History Of Franklin Foundation Hospital
For more than half a century, Franklin Foundation Hospital has served the health care needs of West St. Mary Parish. Through the years, we have continued to grow and expand our services to meet today's health care challenges.
Construction began on December 2, 2005 on a new 22 - bed Critical Access Hospital. This 65,000 square-foot building is located on the corner of Northwest Boulevard and Chatsworth Road in Franklin. This new state of the art facility is now complete and serving the community with the technology and care St. Mary Parish residents have come to expect.
